“ It's a self-service cafe. The concept is to look at the display case and order. You will get a beeper. Cappuccino was delicious and hot. A croissant was fresh. A peace of cake was moderately sweet as I liked it. The restaurant has quite seats available. Thanks! ”
“ I had pistachio oat latte and pistachio croissant and the pistachio croissant was the best one I’ve ever had. It was not so sweet, very tender, and delicious. I would come back here again. The atmosphere is really nice. The workers here are super super nice and always smiling. It was the best cafe experience:) ”
“ Search the place on google - easy to find good directions - tries apricot croissant - very good - heated - we had double cappuccino and double americano Milk was too hot - good flavor ”
“ Excellent coffee & pastries! I had the double espresso with milk & lemon bar, but I’ve enjoyed the toasted ham & cheese croissant a few times & it never disappoints. I’ve been to this location a number of times & always have a great experience. In particular I must mention how wonderful the barista Albana is, she is just the most delightful & kind person. More than once when feeling a bit melancholy, she has a way of just turning that frown upside down This location is always clean & tidy. The decor is modern/slightly eclectic, nice vibes. Plenty of seating. Do yourself a favor & let Albana serve you up one of her heavenly concoctions & make that day a little bit better, you deserve it! ”
“ First time visiting this coffee shop. It’s spacious. Clearly a great place to meetup by the several pairs talking over their coffees both hot and cold. And plenty of space to work though some tables are reserved and others marked “NO COMPUTER THIS TABLE” I ordered plain croissant which was lightly warmed and light in texture and cappuccino which was perfect - no sugar needed. If I lived nearby, this would definitely be my hang out place to linger over a croissant, cappuccino and book (I’m sitting at a no computer table). ”
“ Had a lovely New Year’s Day visit to Charlotte Cafe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cappuccino was flavorful and served in a real cup and my pistachio croissant was delicious. It was busy, but tables opened up almost as soon as you needed one. ”
“ When visiting NYC, we tried Cafe Charlotte on our last morning- having a couple of recommendations from the friendliest owners, which ended up being some of the best coffee I’ve ever had (pistachio latte, dirty chai, espresso shot). The coffee and the flavor was spot on in flavor and was not overly sweet (made to order, just like I like it). ”
“ Cappuccino and a slice of Marble cake was just what I wanted two weeks ago after seeing The Brutalist. After a long movie and much in need of refreshments before going to listen to jazz. Two locations of this cafe are in the City. I went to the one on Second Avenue between 33rd and 34th Streets. This cafe is a welcome addition to this part of Murray Hill where there aren’t many cafes. Potted plants make this cafe inviting. One is greeted on entering which is friendly. Bana gave me a slice of the cake and the barista made me a hot cappuccino. I sat at a table to eat leisurely. Both cash and cards are accepted. ”
